Rory has joined us having recently retired as an Equity Partner in a National Firm of Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents. He has 40 years of diverse experience in both the prime Central London and the Country House markets. Rory has been based in Marlborough since 1995 and worked with Sherbourne dealing with the first ever development in Oare, 25 years ago.

Max is a qualified architect with over 25 years experience working on the commercial and residential projects in London and across the UK. Having worked as a developer for 20 years before joining Sherbourne Developments he has the valuable cross section of skills to cover inception, design, funding, construction and sales.
